As an adviser, I support corporate and public-sector organisations in AI and IT transformation, growth management and resolving complex organisational problems.

My work aims to improve operational efficiency, uncover wasted cost and time, and develop systemic solutions that deliver lasting improvements in organisational performance. In AI projects, I focus on identifying, prioritising and implementing the use cases with the highest potential business or institutional return. As an adviser, I connect strategic, technological and organisational perspectives to ensure that transformation becomes effective change.

I purchased a dormant financial enterprise and built it into a debt management company specialising in property-secured receivables. I successfully operated the business for eight years, then, in response to changes in the market environment, shifted our activities to collecting utility arrears. I independently developed the knowledge needed to operate and manage a financial enterprise through my own experience. I acquired in-depth knowledge of the relevant accounting, legal and IT fields, and became familiar with the requirements of the regulatory environment.

Property development is a financially conservative business, yet it presents extremely complex challenges. We typically develop apartment buildings with 5–10 units, mostly by converting existing buildings. Over the years, it became essential for me to acquire in-depth expertise in almost every area of construction. The industry also presents significant human and organisational challenges: conflict management, financing problems and resolving unexpected situations have become part of my everyday work.

The deepest learning comes from establishing a business in an unfamiliar environment. It requires flexibility, bridging cultural differences and continuous adaptation to legal requirements. To me, Berlin is an exciting, iconic and constantly renewing city, a proud role model for Eastern Europeans looking west. In the ten years since I established my Berlin company, the city has undergone a complete transformation. The steady development of Berlin’s property market represents security and predictability for me.

The US investment market is the most developed in the world. Over five years, dividing my life between two places, I participated as an angel investor in the due diligence of 100 US-based startups in the IT, energy and food sectors, while learning from experienced investors. These experiences profoundly reshaped my understanding of successful businesses and successful entrepreneurs.

The path to business success most often leads through failure. I raised HUF 100 million in seed capital from US–Hungarian investors for my first startup. We helped businesses develop their online sales and digital strategies. We were innovative - perhaps too innovative, about ten years ahead of our time.
